Well I thought it was bloody brilliant!

I haven't laughed so much in years, and thought I was going to have a cardiac arrest during the Alexander Downer routine.

The Cheryl Kernot - Gareth Evans inclusion was a nice romantic touch too!

I had no idea that it was a local production until someone mentioned it me afterwards.

As someone who attends 'mainland' shows on a regular basis, this was up there with the best of them!!

Re the preacher sketch: This was a send-up of a fire & brimstone radio preacher from the USA, Garner Ted Armstrong (who became Garner Ted Hamstrung for the sketch) who was on radio every night condemning sinners to eternal damnation. The sketch was written and performed by Charles Wooley, of Sixty Minutes fame and currently - ironically - back on radio.

Whether it is a ploy to garner publicity or a hissy fit indicating frustration, it maintains publicity for theatre and, as such, let's welcome it.

Avatars in Wordpress (the engine behind this site) are handled by the Gravatar service.

Basically, you go there, associate an avatar with the email address you used to register here, and it automatically displays.

If I send you a photo can you set it as my avatar? It'll either be a headshot or me giving a thumbs up to a drunk midget. Or a just a drunk midget. Either way I can't figure out how to set it myself.

That's certainly another option, but I had hoped to keep the registration process as simple as possible.

I've been a great fan of your theatre group since late 1990's. I am a good of Patrick Harrison from Philippines (theatre expiriences bind us to be best friends).
I'll send you some pictures of him being a guest speaker in our theater group later.

I was told so much stories about Old Nick Uni review by him that encourage me to follow the group activities then.

I am a theatre actor/director here in the philippines
I hope i could see some of your done production even as a sneak preview on your web site.

hope to see more theatre actions by Old Nick in the future.

thank you very much,
bongsurio(philippines)
